SWIM MEET VIDEO

The first swim meet for 2012 was on June 11, 2012  Chloe competed last year, but this was Kyle's first meet to be in.  They both did so well.  Our Highland Shores Hurricanes team competed against the Bridlewood Torpedoes!

Kyle's races:

Kyle came in 4th out of 5 in the Freestyle.  He made it all the way across, and he was so proud of himself as were we.

Chloe came in 3rd in Back Stroke, 2nd in the Breast Stroke and her Medley team won first place!

End of Year Program

Kyle's End of Year program was on Wednesday, May 23rd.  He has had a great year in Mrs. Cox's class this year.  We have seen him mature in so many ways!  He will now be off to kindergarten in August!:)

Level 4 TAAF Gym Team

Chloe's Gymnastics Banquet was on May 7, 2012 at Salerno's Restaurant.  Chloe did not compete this past season, but she is fired up about competing the next season!  She will compete TAAF Level 4, and we look forward to posting about her meets when the competition season starts in January!  This summer, they are perfecting all their routines!

Kyle's Last Day

Kyle finished his last day of preschool on May 25, 2012.  He is excited to be going into kindergarten in August!

Chloe's Last Day

Chloe finished her last day of 1st grade on May 30, 2012.  The district last day was on May 31st, but we headed out for vacation early that morning, so she took the last day off!  She is excited to be a 2nd grader now!

Kyle's Open House was on April 26, 2012.  He showed us all the cool things he did all year!  he has learned so much!

Another Tooth Out!

Chloe lost her 6th tooth a couple weeks ago!  She still gets so excited about each one!  She let our family friend, Tony, pull this one out!

 The tooth fairy forgot to take the tooth last time when she left money, so we told Chloe to go ahead and stick it back under her pillow the next night to see what happens.  She got some more money for it.  I think the tooth fairy learned her lesson after that!

Carissa:)

Carissa's little personality is really coming out! She gets so excited and looks so cute when she crinkles up her nose while smiling and laughing. Right now, she loves being outside in the backyard, loves pulling out all the plasticware and plastic plates out of the pantry, loves pulling all the sippy cups and lids out of the drawer, loves getting everyone's shoes and carrying them around the house, loves dumping her puzzles all over the ground.....there sure is a mess to clean up everyday, but it sure is alot of fun to watch her do it all, too.

Disney On Ice!

About to go see the show!

Chloe was invited by a couple of her friends to go to Disney on Ice on March 28th. Two of the girls had won this special night at a school auction last month. They had pizza at the principal's house, and then she drove them all to see the show. They had a great time eating snowcones in light-up cups while they watched the princesses skate around! She got home about 10:30 with a big smile on her face and fell asleep telling me all about the night.:)
